Scan Global Logistics acquires Trust Forwarding A/S

Effective 1 November 2022, Scan Global Logistics acquired Trust Forwarding A/S.

The new ownership will not have any immediate effect on customers and stakeholders. Trust Forwarding will continue to operate with its organisational number and respective legal entity in Oslo, Stockholm, and Copenhagen.

Strengthening the position in Scandinavia

Combining the experience and capabilities of both organisations will forge commercial synergies and provide comprehensive and improved service offerings to customers, especially in the Nordics. 

Likewise, linking the Nordic region with SGL's existing worldwide presence will create new opportunities for our customers and cement our position as a leading provider of forwarding services in the Nordics.

A strong cultural fit

Besides the commercial synergies, the two companies' cultural fit in terms of sharing the same virtues and a customer-centric approach was essential for the acquisition.

The cultural match allows all employees to reinforce customer relations in their day-to-day activities through increased support and expertise.
