The cage dimensions

For each animal contained in the container/cage there must be enough space to for the animal:

• to turn around normally while standing
• to stand and sit in an upright position
• to lie down in a natural position

Transport prices

It is normally the size of the cage that determines the price of the transport of your animal or pet.

The volume weight is usually more than the combined weight of your animal and the cage and therefore you will usually charged according to the volume weight.

If you know the cage dimensions (ie; length, width and height in cm), you can calculate the volume weight for your animal.
